The Business & Finance Awards have been running since 1974. Both individuals and corporations are recognised at this annual event held in Dublin, Ireland. 

In 2007, Business & Finance expanded its awards programme to the US, to reflect the strong and unique connections between Irish and American businesses. The event has been held in the NYSE for the last three years and has awarded business leaders including Irial Finan, Coca Cola and Craig Barrett, Chairman Intel Corporation. The 2010 event will take place on 28th October in NYSE.

Following the success of this event, the awards programme was extended to Asia in 2009 and held in Bangkok. Recipients included Liam Casey of PCH, and Alltech. Liam O' Keefe was also awarded for his Outstanding Achievement in Business. This year's event will take place in Hong Kong on the 24th of September.
