Enterprise of the Year Award

Nominees should be viewed as indigenous SME/fast growth enterprises of ten years or less trading locally and/or internationally which demonstrates innovative concept and vision, has achieved market share and commercial success and displays a potential for sustainable growth.

Eligibility:
• Applicants should be no longer than 10 years in existence
• One submission per company will be accepted.

Application:
• Each application should detail a compelling business case as to why your company should be recognised as a potential 'Enterprise of the Year 2010'.
• Judging will be based on the quality of the information presented in the business case.
• Please outline your company story in 2000 words or less.
• Each submission should include evidence of the following criteria: •Concept •Vision •Innovation •Marketing/Strategy •Growth.
• International Scalability
Deadline for Submissions: 10th September 2010
 
Judging Process: 
 • From the submissions received, 20 companies will be identified as best addressing the criteria outlined and each case will be presented to our judging panel for consideration as part of a shortlist.
• Thereafter shortlisted companies will be invited to participate in our finalists networking event along with nominees across other categories, past recipients, judges and business leaders. This event will take place in mid October
• The 20 companies will be profiled in Business & Finance magazine and on businessandfinancetoday.com.
• The submissions will then be assessed by our selected judging panel from which a shortlist of a maximum of 10 companies will be chosen.
• The shortlisted companies for 'The Enterprise of the Year Award' will be announced at the beginning of November 2010.
 
Winners Announcement
• The winner will be announced at the Gala Awards Ceremony in the Convention Centre Dublin on December 9th 2010.

Judging Panel?
• All the judges selected for 'The Enterprise of the Year Award' are business leaders who have achieved success in their own right. Therefore creating a truly peer to peer platform for recognition.
